- Order Processing
As all books sold through Storybook Marketing are printed on demand, production commences once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Production and fulfilment typically take up to 10 working days before dispatch. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
- Delivery Areas
Storybook Marketing currently delivers throughout South Africa.
Should international delivery be requested, customers are encouraged to contact us directly for a customised quotation and estimated delivery timeframe.
- Delivery Timeframes
As books are printed on demand, customers should allow:
- Up to 10 working days for printing and production
- An additional 2–5 working days for courier delivery to major centres
- An additional 3–7 working days for regional and outlying areas
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Important Notice
Because each book is printed specifically for the customer upon order, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced.
Storybook Marketing will make every effort to ensure orders are produced and delivered within the estimated timeframe; however, delays caused by suppliers, printers, couriers, or unforeseen events may occur.
This wording protects you better because print-on-demand products are treated differently from stock-on-hand items and sets realistic expectations for customers.
