Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Marketplace Model

Storybook Marketing acts as an online platform through which authors sell their books.

Storybook Marketing does not own the books listed for sale and therefore does not assume responsibility for:

  • The content of books
  • Author opinions or viewpoints
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on storylines, themes, writing style, or subject matter
  1. Damaged Books

Storybook Marketing will accept responsibility where:

  • A book arrives physically damaged;
  • A printing defect is present; or
  • The incorrect book was supplied.

Customers must notify Storybook Marketing within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the damage
  • Description of the issue
  1. Author-Related Returns

Any requests relating to:

  • Book content
  • Accuracy of information
  • Author disputes
  • Customer preference after reading

must be addressed directly with the author.

Storybook Marketing may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for author decisions regarding refunds.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved where:

  • The product is damaged during shipping;
  • A manufacturing defect exists;
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Books already read or used
  • Dissatisfaction with content or writing style
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Products damaged through misuse
  1. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
